[Phase 2] Phone Setup
Items and documents needed:
Phone (Has account information labeled on it now)
Phone Inventory.
If you do not have access to it, reach out to your trainer or submit a support ticket.
Grab a phone that has it’s labeled account information.
Should include the Nickname, Gmail and Gmail Password.
Open the Phone Inventory and locate the phone there.
If ‘Phase 1’ was done correctly, you should be able to locate the lines associated with the phone by the Inventory ID and number.
Make sure to update the nicknames with the one assigned.
Turn on the phone and log into Google Play.
You’ll use the Gmail and Gmail Password provided
Once logged into Google Play, download/update the following apps:
Carrier Services.
GMail
Chrome
Ticketmaster
Vivid
Demoines Civic Center
ArtTix
Tennessee Performing Arts center
Broadway at the Eccles
The Shell
Ballpark
Dice.fm
Automate
Get the flow on there, edited and started. Visit automate page on how to do that.
AnyDesk
Input the AD ID information in the Phone Inventory.
There is a dedicated table labeled with the nickname automatically and last 4 of sim.
Change the AD password to 'Standard104'.
RustDesk
Input the RD ID information in the Phone Inventory
There is a dedicated table labeled with the nickname automatically and last 4 of sim.
Change RD password to 'Standard104'.
Hand off to Asset Manager, Sam at this time.
