How to: Update Ticket Suite Personas

In This article will give you step by steps tutorial on how to update Ticket Suite (TicketSuite) Personas.

 Instructions

Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to https://portal.theticketsuite.com/ and log in to your account.

  2. Select which company the Persona belongs to by clicking on the Company Name besides your name on the top right corner of the page.

  3. If the Persona is from shadows, click on Ticket Boat Shadows, otherwise, select Ticket Boat.

  4. On the top bar menu, click on Personas

  5. Look up the email address for the persona, (from Column B on the Profiles tab) and paste that email address into the Persona field and hit enter and proceed to step 6.

    1. If email address is not listed in Column B:

      1. Switch to the GMail Spam & Inbox renwal [Master Gmail document]

      2. Look up the profile/nickname. This will be located in Column B

      3. Find the matching email from Column D.

      4. Copy and Paste the email into column B of the Profiles tab on the Multi-Login sheet.

      5. Now use that email to search in Ticket Suite

  6. Click the “Select All” button on the top of the account list.

  7. Now click the “Bulk Edit” Button at the top of the screen

  8. In the pop up window, click the box “Add Field to Edit” and select Proxy

  9. Paste the proxy on the value field input box, and click on save.

  10. After, you need to run crawl, which is located on the same corner of the edit button, looking like a refresh button. A prompt will then pop up, just click ok.

     

The crawl is successful when the Persona turns green. Turns red if there is an error. Check the error on the right most columns which are the Trade Desk and Message column. Run the crawl again.
