Toolbox is Unreachable

The Toolbox is a shared network folder located on our servers at the offices.

You can only access the Toolbox when connected to the network at the office.

This means either being connected into a computer that is physically located on the network in the offices OR utilizing NetExtender in order to join the network via VPN/Virtual Private Network.

IF YOU CANNOT REACH TOOLBOX:

  • Ensure you have internet access.

  • Ensure you are connected to the wired network in the office, not the wifi

  • Ensure you are connected to NetExtender if you are NOT in the office.

If all of the above steps are taken and you are still having an issue, contact it@ticketboat.com, @Ian York (Unlicensed) @Kaitlyn Niemann (Unlicensed) or @Lisa Gregerson in order to have your connection troubleshot.
