Toolbox is Unreachable
The Toolbox is a shared network folder located on our servers at the offices.
You can only access the Toolbox when connected to the network at the office.
This means either being connected into a computer that is physically located on the network in the offices OR utilizing NetExtender in order to join the network via VPN/Virtual Private Network.
IF YOU CANNOT REACH TOOLBOX:
Ensure you have internet access.
Ensure you are connected to the wired network in the office, not the wifi
Ensure you are connected to NetExtender if you are NOT in the office.
