How to: Start and Restart EiBox Server Service

This article is a step by step tutorial on how to Start and Restart the EiBox Server Service in .204

 Instructions

Make sure you are connected to the local network.

Here are the steps in Starting and Restarting the EiBox Server Service.

1. Go to Windows Search located on the right side of the Windows Taskbar

2. Type in, “Remote Desktop Connection”
   
   

   Open

   

    

3. Click it and type in the Computer field: 192.168.10.204
   
   

   Open

   

    

4. It will ask for your Network Credentials, input it and click OK.
   
   

   Open

   

    

   1. A prompt will then pop out. Just click the YES button.
      
      

      Open

      

       

5. In the Remote Desktop, click Windows Icon on the left side of the Taskbar. Type Run and hit enter.

   1. Or use shortcut Windows Key + R to open the Run window.

6. In the Run window. Type in services.msc.
   
   

   Open

   

    

7. Find eiBox Office Server service in the list of services.

8. Right Click on it and select Stop. Wait for a minute.
   
   

   Open

   

    

9. Then Right Click again on the service and click Start.

   1. Make sure that after this step, under Status column, it says “Running”.
